Bad ref ruining basketball game!

Just watched a basketball game at the Illini Bluffs Tournament and watched a referee call a technical on a fan and charged it to the fan`s team!! It was right after a questionable foul the ref called, the fan evidently said something the referee didn't like so he charged a technical to the team. Punishing the kids playing for what a fan in the stands says is what another referee called Crowd Control. Crowd control?? Another words, if you express yourself over questionable calls your team will be punished. Just sit down and be silent, we don't want to question our OFFICIALS. Some of these officials are acting like the police, do whatever they want and answer to no one. I asked the other referees what the referee`s name was so i could file a complaint and they refused.
