ACCELERATING OUR LIAISON WITH CENTERS OF INFLUENCE

It's paid off for us in spades: Wherever liaison has opened up for us, the EU paradigm is consistently convincing to those willing to listen and to observe.  In fact, we had several scientific and scholarly observers attending the Las Vegas conference anonymously, and all of the responses were exceptional.

Typically, one contact has led to another, and we are now mapping out a protocol for confidential liaison in every direction. This will range from research institutions and academic departments to divisions of NASA.  But the reach will extend well beyond the mainstream to develop lines of communication with centers of influence globally, as diverse as modern culture itself and ranging from electrical engineers to various celebrities who've come to love science and discovery.

In our present phase of visualizing this outreach, we intend to listen to any and all suggestions. In particular we'd like to hear from those who can bring special capabilities to our expanded communications, including experience in the mobilization of volunteer efforts.
